Answer: [tex]m=\frac{6}{7}[/tex]

(-3,-1) = (x1,y1)

(4,5) = (x2,y2)

Slope = [tex]\frac{y2-y1}{x2-x1}[/tex]

         = [tex]\frac{5-(-1)}{4-(-3)}[/tex]

         = [tex]\frac{5+1}{4+3}[/tex]

         = [tex]\frac{6}{7}[/tex]
