For water to come out of Tube T, gases must have entered the porous plot, displaced the water and forced water to come out.
Remember, gases with higher masses diffuse more slowly.
So Gas P diffuses faster than Gas Q, and Gas Q diffuses faster than Gas R. Why? Because if it was the other way around, gases would leave the porous pot instead!
So the molecular mass in increasing order is P, Q, R.
