At equilibrium, what is the rate of production of reactants compared with the rate of production of products

At equilibrium the rate of the forward and reverse reactions are equal to each other.  That means that the products are being made just as fast as the reactants are being reformed.  This is why at equilibrium there is no net change in concentrations and the speed of the reaction is considered to be 0.
