Three friends are making a 400-mile road trip. Jack drove 1/5 of the trip,Steve drove 40% of the trip,and Stan drove the rest. How far did Stan drive?

160 miles Because 1/5 is .2 so 400x.2 is 80. Then 40% is .4 so 400x.4 is 160. 160+80 is 240. 400-240= 160
