Explanation:

United States population = 320million

Gross Domestic Product (GDP) = 22 trillion

Gross Domestic Product growth = 3.5%

Increase in Gross Domestic product = (0.035 × 22 trillion) = 0.77 trillion increase in output when GDP grows by 3.5%

The average per capita income will the be :

(0.77 trillion ÷ 320 million) =

(770000000000 ÷ 320000000)

= $2406.25

The average American will make $2406.25 more.
