Answer: 10 ÷ 2

Step-by-step explanation: Remember, PEMDAS. (Parentheses, exponents, multiply, divide, add and subtract.) You would do the expression in the parentheses first.

5 + 2 = 7

7 - 5 = 2

10 ÷ (2)

    5

Hope this helped :)

Follow the order of operations. Work from the inner most part of the problem which is adding 5+2. Then stay within the brackets (treat them like another set of parentheses). So subtract 5 from 7. That’s 2. Now you can divide 10 by 2 to get 5.
