Nearest ten = 40 (rounds down because of 3)
Nearest hundred = 100 (because it's below 100 and can't round to any other hundred)
First, 43.586 is rounded to 43.6 because 86 is above .050 in tenths, since the 6 at the end of the number is greater than 0.05, it would be rounded to 43.590 in hundredths, and since the 3 in 43 is less than 5, it would be 40 in tens, and since 43<50, it would round to 0 in hundreds.
