The answer is only one.

Transfer RNA (tRNA) carries amino acids for protein synthesis to the ribosome. Anticodons of tRNA pair with codons of mRNA at the bottom of ribosomes and amino acid deattaches from tRNA and binds to the next amino acid. However, each tRNA carries only one amino acid, it physically cannot carry more than one.
