In order to estimate the number of hits he will get out of the 4 bats, we multiply the probability given to be 0.313 or 313 hits out of 1000 bats and 4. That is,
                                       4 x 0.313 = 1.252
Since we cannot report the number of bats to be in decimal, so our final answer would just be 1.
