Step One: Distribute the -1 to what's inside the parentheses.
16y + 4 +(-1*5y) + (-1*15)
Step Two: Multiply
16y + 4 - 5y - 15
Step Three: Combine like terms
16y - 5y + 4 - 15
11y - 11
The answer is 11y - 11
Hope this helps!!
