The formulae for circumference is
C= 2(pi)(r)
R is the radius of the circle, which is half of the cross section.
Pi is the irrational number button on a calculator or sometimes 3.14 is used.

To find the circumference of any circle, you plug in the radius and multiply is by Pi and then by 2.
