To solve [tex]\frac{24x^9 - 32x^6 + 20x}{4x}[/tex]

Divide 4x out:
[tex]\frac{24x^9 - 32x^6 + 20x}{4x}[/tex]
[tex]\frac{24x^9}{4x} = 6x^8[/tex]
[tex]\frac{- 32x^6}{4x} = -8x^5[/tex]
[tex]4x * 20x = 5[/tex]

Now put everything together like the following:
[tex]6x^{8} - 8x^5 + 5[/tex]

Since there is no like terms, the expression is simplified or what we call in Expanded form.
