1/3* (9x-6) = 2x+3
⇒ (1/3)(9x)- (1/3)*6 = 2x+3 (distributive property)
⇒ 3x - 2= 2x + 3
⇒ (3x-2x) -2 = (2x-2x) +3
⇒ x-2=3
⇒ x +(-2+2) = 3+2
⇒ x= 5.

The final answer is x=5.

Hope this helps~
