Setting up a proportion will aid in solving this problem.

6.5 miles / 2 hours = 16.5 miles / x
6.5x = 33
6.5x / 6.5 = 33 / 6.5
x = 5.0769....

It will take Carson approximately 5 hours to walk 16.5 miles.
